Correct. He said they are having difficulty accessing their Amazon account. With the shipping I paid for, it was supposed to arrive today. If they can't access it soon, Amazon will put a strike on their seller account since an order can't be cancelled without the Seller approving it, and once it misses the actual delivery date, notifications start up from Amazon to the seller (personal experience with my store). I did send messages to them nearly 2 weeks ago via Amazon & had no response which means they haven't had access to the account for awhile. Hopefully everything gets sorted.
