Kiro Hi Kiro,
we are currently working on the HDMI sound issue you have described, for the meantime, we can only suggest you get an analog volume booster, which costs around 10 USD on Amazon.
It sometimes happened that the remote control and USB dongle are not paired successfully, but can be paired by simply follow these steps:
1. Plug in the USB dongle to Cinera
2. Turn on the Remote and press the ESC + FN button simultaneously for about 3 seconds.
The dongle and remote are readily paired as soon the LED light at the remote control starts flashing,
Also, if you press the HDMI button at Cinera, you can activate or disable a mouse cursor which you can freely move around with the navigation buttons. The User Guide app on Cinera will give you the complete button description for that, also how to scroll up and down, or left and right.
For fixing the lag issues you have described, we suggest you link Cinera with your 5G Wi-Fi network, to increase the speed. That usually does the trick.
We used the Android TV version previously, however, since Cinera can be used as a Tablet computer, the choice on compatible apps has massively been reduced by this Android version, and we have set it back to the Mobile version.
Since we are using Android as OS, you have complete liberty to chose any Media player or app from the Google play store and run it on Cinera. This benefits a variety of users that use Cinera for more than just watching movies on it.
I hope this was helpful, but please feel free to contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any other questions.
We can respond to your questions much faster if you contact us directly.
